Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between you and Golden Network, and is effective upon joining the GOLDEN MLM program. By becoming a GOLDEN Customer or Distributor and enjoying the benefits of access to the Company Portal, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
CONSENT: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU, AS A CUSTOMER, AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, ALONG WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED BY OUR COMPANY, GOLDEN NETWORK. You acknowledge that this Customer Agreement is supported by reasonable and costly cause, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such cause includes your use of the Site and receipt of data, materials, and information available on or through the Site, the possibility of our use or viewing of your Submissions, and the possibility of advertising, promotion, and displaying your Submissions in any manner determined by the Company.
1. Customer Portal Requirements.
By becoming a GOLDEN Customer and joining the Customer Portal, you agree to the following: a. You agree to be bound by GOLDEN's terms and conditions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the Site); b. You must reside in a country where GOLDEN has officially announced it is open for business; c. GOLDEN reserves the right to reject any Customer account at its sole discretion, as well as to terminate a Customer account if the Customer violates the terms of this agreement.
2. GOLDEN Benefits for GOLDEN Customers.
By signing up as a GOLDEN Customer, you sign up for GOLDEN's best-in-class benefits for customers. Registering as a Customer is free. A Customer will receive access to all products and services offered by GOLDEN through their GOLDEN website at a discounted price. Once GOLDEN has accepted your account registration and Customer Agreement, you will receive the following Customer Portal benefits, provided you are a Customer: • Exclusive access to all products and services available at GOLDEN • Customer DISCOUNT on all GOLDEN products • Option to upgrade to become a GOLDEN Member.
NOTE: Not all products and services may be available in your country of residence.
3. Cancellation of Customer Account and GOLDEN Benefits.
As a Customer, you have the option to cancel your Customer account at any time. a. You may cancel without paying a Cancellation Fee. b. You can also upgrade your status and become a GOLDEN Member at any time on your Customer account page, by contacting the person who enrolled you, or by contacting GOLDEN Customer Service through your back office.
4. Changing Sponsors: GOLDEN is a direct selling company that markets its products through its third-party suppliers ("Suppliers" or "Third-Party Suppliers"). As a Customer, you must "register with" an Affiliate Member upon joining the Customer Portal. If you do not have one upon registration, one will be assigned to you. Transferring a GOLDEN Customer from one Sponsor to another is not permitted, except when an error is made in selecting the correct Sponsor when completing GOLDEN's online registration. Errors must be reported within the first seven (7) days immediately following the date the Customer first joins GOLDEN. Sponsor changes are not permitted after the eighth (8) day. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change. To request a Sponsor change, the Customer must complete a Sponsor Change Request Form and email it to the Company's Affiliate Department at: afiliados@goldenperunetwork.com.
5. Return and Refund Process.
All return and refund issues are handled within 7 business days of purchase.
6. Applicable Law.
The laws of Peru shall govern all matters relating to or arising from this Agreement and your registration on the GOLDEN NETWORK Customer Portal.
7. Changes to the GOLDEN Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to change the prices of products offered by third-party suppliers at any time without prior notice, except that it will not change the prices of any order for which your Virtual Wallet has been charged. GOLDEN reserves the right to modify this Agreement at its sole and absolute discretion. By accepting this CUSTOMER AGREEMENT and joining GOLDEN as a Customer, you agree to comply with the most current version of this GOLDEN Agreement. The "Amendments"
